Walk this way

On July 11, an international group of rubber enthusiasts gathered at club Akhnaton in Amsterdam. Nearly fifty participants planned to join us, including our oldest member at an impressive 85 years old. Despite forecasts of heavy heat, the weather turned out to be pleasantly mild in the morning. Outside, a cheerful crowd of curious onlookers formed as participants—dressed in their stunning rubber outfits—greeted one another with enthusiasm. Even newcomers blended in effortlessly.
As always, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. Although a few people had to cancel due to the extreme temperatures of previous weeks, the forecast proved unreliable once again. During the Walk, we made two refreshing stops at our friends SMART and KINKY BOUTIQUE, where everyone could cool down, have a drink, and enjoy an ice cream. Our four dedicated Rubber Walk security guards ensured everything ran smoothly with their friendly and attentive presence.
Photographer Rosa Pictures had her studio ready for those who arrived already dressed, creating beautiful portraits as lasting memories. Along the route, Spicy Clicks captured the energy of the Walk with lively, expressive photos, adding another layer of documentation to the day.
At 14:00 the sun broke through, and we set off. On Dam Square we were welcomed as if we were Hollywood stars, complete with paparazzi moments. The tone was set: for a little while, the city felt entirely ours.
My gratitude to all participants is immense, and I want to extend special thanks to club Akhnaton, Rosa Pictures and Spicy Clicks.
Once again, my trust in “my” Amsterdam was reaffirmed. For me, this Walk marked a spectacular start to The World Fetish Pride.
Next year, we’ll do it again — together, visible, and proud of who we are.
Enjoy the pictures!
(We’ll announce the new date for the next Rubber Walk soon.
